The pineapple has long been the symbol of hospitality.To dress up your dining table, make a tablemat with the pineapple design by choosing a beautiful, dramatic cotton fabric and three other simpler coordinating fabrics. Also use the fabrics to insert into a purchased acrylic trivet and mugs. Then use store-bought napkins to sew a band and tie a fabric napkin ring. Complete directions for sewing and constructing these pieces are included with this chart. (Mug, trivet, frame, and fabrics not included.) Best for the stitcher with experience.
